School Profile
Langley School District, located in Langley BC, is only 45 kilometers east of Vancouver. It is about an hour drive from Vancouver. It is a friendly and family-oriented community. The city is well served by all the amenities including a commercial district with a large shopping mall, theatre complex and many recreational and social facilities located throughout the city. With almost all of our 200,000 residents speaking English as their first language, international students will have the opportunity to improve their English while being immersed in Canadian culture.
Langley School District has been welcoming international students since 1989. Our International Student Program offers a wide range of education options which include Elementary and Secondary program. Our schools offer an excellent learning environment with a variety of extra-curricular activities, full ESL support (beginner to advanced) and dedicated International Student Coordinator at each secondary school.
In addition to having exceptional programs and teachers, we have our own in-house homestay program. All of our homestay are being carefully screened and selected to ensure the safety and comfort for international student while they are studying in Langley.
